The High Tech Process:

Before we jump into action, we have to properly assess the extent of the damage.

Starting with the exterior, we’ll carefully remove any trim, hardware and panels to determine the full extent of the damage.

This allows us to examine not only the full extent of the impact, but to create the very best plan for how to get your vehicle back on the road and as good as new again.

Once we’ve got a picture of the extent of the damage, we’ll determine which parts can be repaired and which parts need replacing.

(You’ll be able to see all of these decisions broken down in the estimate – but if you have any questions, feel free to ask.)

Once everything is agreed, our team of expert technicians will carefully repair or replace all the parts that were damaged by the collision, making sure that your vehicle runs smoothly again.

But it doesn’t stop there.

Once we’ve made sure that your vehicle is structurally and mechanically sound again, we need to make sure that it looks as good as new. That means priming the repaired parts of the body, allowing that primer to cure and then sanding to create a smooth surface for the paint to be applied.

Once we’ve buffed out any other flaws and imperfections, we use computer technology to mix a paint that perfectly matches your vehicle’s colour. We then paint all of the repairs to exactly match the rest of the car.

By the time we’re finished, nobody would ever be able to tell that you’d been in an accident.
